Nexora Financial Technologies, LLC, 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States (Delaware LLC, file no. 10756474), may receive certain requests when they relate to the group’s United States activities.

2. Data collected

Depending on how you use the website, Nexora may process:

  • identity and contact information (name, email, company);
  • project and message information submitted through the form;
  • technical metadata (IP address, browser, user-agent, referrer);
  • language preference, stored in the nexora_lang cookie.

Mandatory form fields are required to handle your request. This website does not ask for special-category data.

3. Purposes

Data is used to:

  • respond to contact and business-qualification requests;
  • prepare a possible discussion or onboarding, without any contractual obligation;
  • secure the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations;
  • remember the display language you selected.

Nexora does not use this data for mass automated prospecting and does not sell visitor data.

4. Legal bases

  • legitimate interest (responding to requests, website security, group organisation);
  • pre-contractual steps when you request a commercial relationship;
  • legal obligation where applicable (retention, response to an authority);
  • consent where required, including for non-essential cookies (not currently used on this website).

5. Retention

  • contact requests: up to 3 years after the last exchange, unless a later commercial relationship or a longer legal duty applies;
  • technical security logs: the limited period needed for security and diagnostics;
  • language cookie: 12 months.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data is intended for authorised teams at NEXORA SASU. It may be shared, only where necessary, with Nexora Financial Technologies, LLC and with technical providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality obligations.

Where data is accessible from the United States through the Delaware entity, that transfer outside the European Union is based on the need to handle your request at group level and, where applicable, on appropriate safeguards. You may request further information at info@sas-nexora.com.

7. Cookies

The website sets one strictly necessary cookie, nexora_lang, to remember your language choice (EN/FR). It is not an advertising or third-party analytics cookie. You may delete it in your browser settings; the default language will then be offered again.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
